The Central Library provides a welcoming and resourceful academic environment where students and faculty can study, explore new ideas, and strengthen their knowledge. With a spacious layout and carefully planned facilities, it supports both regular learning and academic research.
The library features dedicated reading spaces along with separate facilities for faculty members. Its spacious reading halls can accommodate more than 500 students at a time, providing a quiet and comfortable atmosphere for focused study.
The collection includes over 9,500 books covering medical sciences, healthcare, basic sciences, and related disciplines. Students and faculty can also access more than 11,500 electronic books and a wide range of digital academic resources.
To encourage research and continuous learning, the library provides access to around 3,200 national and international e-journals, supported by approximately 175 print journals and more than 900 physical journal copies.
A dedicated digital resource area with 35 computer terminals enables users to explore online databases, scholarly publications, reference material, and the latest developments in healthcare and medical education.
Selected online resources are also available through remote-access services, allowing authorized users to continue their academic research beyond the library premises using their individual credentials.
