How To Apply

How to Apply

Visit the official counseling portal, fill out the registration form with your NEET-UG roll number, application details, and upload the necessary verified documents before paying the registration fee.
Log into your candidate portal during the choice-filling window, select your preferred medical colleges in order of priority, and lock your choices before the deadline.
Download your provisional allotment letter, pay the seat acceptance fee online, and report to the allotted medical college for physical document verification.
You can reach out to the official nodal helpdesk via the contact numbers and email address specified on the official counseling contact page.
Failing to report within the stipulated deadline leads to automatic forfeiture of the allotted seat, and you may lose eligibility for subsequent round upgrades depending on counseling guidelines.
Essential documents include NEET-UG Admit Card, Rank Card, 10th & 12th Mark sheets, Category/Caste Certificate, Identity Proof (Aadhaar), and passport-size photographs.
Seat allotment is strictly automated based on your NEET-UG All India / State Rank, category reservation, and the college preferences locked during registration.
If no seat is allotted in Round 1, your application automatically moves forward to Round 2 and subsequent Mop-Up rounds. You can modify your choice list for Round 2.
Once choices are locked, no modifications are allowed for that specific round. However, choice re-locking options reopen prior to the commencement of Round 2.
